The triple aspect lounge is lit by those three-quarter height windows across the front elevation, which have horizontal blinds. The chocolate-coloured leather sofas (one with a pull-out bed) are set in an L shape around a glass-topped, leather-covered coffee table.

The 2kW electric fire is in a high gloss glass surround with beech coloured drawers and shelves, space for a DVD player and additional electrical gadgets. With the black framed mirror above the fire, the living area has an opulent look, yet practical and comfortable and is well lit with two square ceiling lights each with four bulbs

The dining area has a table and four chairs with a stunning brown suede inset panel down the back of each chair, and an eye-catching light fitting over the table. On the partition wall behind the table, is a fabulous feature mirror.

The kitchen has an integrated fridge/freezer, an eight-place dishwasher and a freestanding microwave as standard. Storage is good, with beech design eye level cupboards and contrasting base cupboards and drawers.
There are granite-look worktops, vertical stainless steel-look handles on the cupboards, the hob’s glass lid becomes the splashback.

A peninsular unit divides the living area and kitchen – it’s a well-designed element that is also practical with a feature light over it. The vinyl covered floor is also practical.

The hall cupboard is generously sized for the central heating boiler, has hooks for coats, and room to store buckets, wellies, vacuum cleaner etc.

The master bedroom has a walk-in dressing room with mirror-fronted doors, which hide a clothes rail, shelves, drawers, the RCD box and aerial amplifier. With an upholstered stool at the dressing table, a shelf and double power point and an illuminated mirror, this is the place to pamper yourself....

The bedroom has a 4ft 6ins divan bed with freestanding bedside tables each side, a padded head board and striking feature wall panel above the bed. The three-quarter height windows have full length voiles with a turquoise, coffee and cream sunray design which pick out the turquoise colour in the curtains. The en-suite, with a pedestal hand basin and dual flush lavatory, has a vinyl floor covering.

The second bedroom has twin divan beds with a freestanding bedside cabinet in between them and padded headboards. The curtains are the same design and colour as the master bedroom.

The shower room has a rectangular one-piece shower with a sliding door and somewhere either to sit or to put your feet on to wash them, when you want to dry off there’s plenty of room to dry without banging your elbows. The rectangular basin is set on a chocolate and oatmeal coloured worktop with beech shelves and drawers.
